With Two Not-For-Profit Care Centers and a Day Program Father Lacombe Care Society is Committed to Providing Person-Centered Care in the Catholic Tradition

Father Lacombe Care Centre

Father Lacombe Care Centre is an accredited not-for-profit long term care residence. It opened in 1965 and provides a safe environment for those no longer able to care for themselves. Residents coming into long term care are referred by Alberta Health Services after being assessed by a healthcare professional.

Providence Care Centre

Providence Care Centre is an accredited not-for-profit care centre, with 160 private suites. Fish Creek Park sets the backdrop for this home that opened its doors in 2016. It is located across the street from Father Lacombe Care Centre.

Adult Day Program

Father Lacombe Care Centre is home to the Adult Day Program. ADP recognizes that regardless of age, need, or limitations, everyone deserves to have a caring, stimulating, and enjoyable environment that encourages self-care, independence and dignity.

New Father Lacombe Care Centre

The new Father Lacombe Care Centre will be a modern, purpose-built home for people requiring long-term, complex, and memory care. It will provide care teams with the spaces, technology, and resources they need. Most importantly, it will create a place where every life is recognized as sacred and residents are supported through every stage of their journey.

We Need Your Help To Make It Possible

Father Lacombe Care Foundation is raising $16 Million to help build a modern care centre equipped to support the increasingly complex needs of residents and families.
